Adalikwu, new MOWCA scribe assumes office

New Secretary General of the Maritime Organisation of West and Central Africa (MOWCA), Nigeria’s Paul Adalikwu formally assumed office on Tuesday.

Acting scribe of the regional maritime body, Alain Michele Luvambano handed over the paraphernalia office to Dr. Adalikwu at a short ceremony at the MOWCA headquarters in Abidjan, the capital of Cote d’Ivoire on Tuesday afternoon.

The event was witnessed by representatives of the Ivorian government, Nigerian Ambassador to Cote d’Ivoire and the Ghanian Minister of Transportation who witnessed the event virtually.

His Excellency, Paul Adalikwu formally takes over today as Secretary General of Maritime Organisation of West and Central Africa ( MOWCA) from Alain Michele Luvambano.
